Caleb Taylor, Co-Founder

Caleb, a former police officer and Army National Guard member, began his real estate career in 2019, inspired by his childhood experiences working on homes with his grandparents. He admired their deep care for people and the way God’s love shone through their work. After witnessing how poorly many real estate companies treated people, Caleb founded Virtue Homes to create a business rooted in Godly virtues. Passionate about finding innovative ways to serve others, Caleb strives to reflect God’s love and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those he serves.

Brittany Taylor, Transaction Coordinator

Brittany serves as our Transaction Coordinator and is also one of our trusted realtors, specializing in “as-is” home sales. She is dedicated to reflecting God’s virtues in every transaction, ensuring honesty, care, and excellence. Brittany is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others, teaching her children, and pursuing health and fitness, bringing energy and positivity to everything she does.

Greg Hadlock, Co-Founder, Finance

Greg, co-founder of Virtue Homes, brings a wealth of leadership experience from his career as Vice President at a major telecommunications company. Driven by a passion for transforming how businesses value and treat people, Greg oversees our financing and investing departments, ensuring integrity and innovation in every project. When he's not working, Greg enjoys spending time on his farm with his wife and their Highland cows. He is also deeply committed to serving his local church and community.

Kelly Worthington, Services Supervisor

Kelly spent much of his career as an ironworker, serving as a supervisor on some of Chicago’s most iconic skyscrapers. Feeling led to a new chapter, he moved his family to Tennessee and became a licensed home inspector. With a deep gratitude for all God has done in his life, Kelly has a heart to love and serve others. Kelly plays a key role in growing our services and is a co-owner of Virtue Homes Services, LLC. His unmatched attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship make him an invaluable part of the team, ensuring every project reflects care and excellence.

Blake Bates, Business Analyst & Financial Supervisor

Blake is our Business Analyst and Financial Supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day office activities. With a passion for organization and efficiency, he keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, playing pickleball, and serving his local church through their worship and youth programs.

Shannon Worthington, Cleaning Supervisor

Shannon is our dedicated Cleaning Supervisor with a heart for serving others. Known for her friendly personality and exceptional attention to detail, she takes pride in making even the toughest spaces sparkle. Shannon’s passion for helping people shines through in everything she does, turning the “yucky” into spotless and gleaming again.
