Caleb Taylor | Founder
Caleb founded Virtue Homes with a desire to build a company rooted in integrity, care for people, and quality work. A former police officer and Army National Guard member, his journey into real estate began in 2019, shaped by childhood experiences working on homes alongside his grandparents. Their genuine care for others and faith-driven work ethic left a lasting impression that continues to guide his leadership today.
Caleb deeply values family and life alongside his wife, Brittany, and their children. Within Virtue Homes, he serves in a leadership and marketing-focused role, overseeing brand direction, communication, and the collaboration of teams and partner entities under the Virtue umbrella. His focus is on unity, clarity, and building systems that allow each part of the organization to serve homeowners well, while operating within appropriate professional boundaries.
Caleb is passionate about innovation, thoughtful growth, and creating environments where people can flourish. His goal is to lead Virtue Homes in a way that reflects strong values, professionalism, and genuine care for those the team serves.
Brittany Taylor | Director of Homes
Brittany serves as the Director of Homes for Virtue Homes–owned properties, helping oversee real estate strategy, project coordination, and transactions tied to company-owned homes. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each project, with a strong focus on integrity, care, and doing things the right way.
In addition, Brittany is a preferred real estate partner for clients connected to Virtue Homes, offering guidance and representation through a separate, licensed real estate practice. Her role allows clients to work with someone who understands both the construction and real estate sides of the process, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Brittany is passionate about encouraging others, leading her family with intention, and pursuing health and fitness. She brings calm leadership, clarity, and genuine care to everything she’s involved in.
Greg Hadlock | Co-Founder | Finance
Greg is a partner of Virtue Homes and plays a key role in supporting the care and success of our real estate–owned properties. He brings capital investment, strategic insight, and hands-on involvement to help ensure projects are well managed and thoughtfully executed.
With a background in senior leadership, including serving as a Vice President at a major telecommunications company, Greg offers valuable experience in operations, decision-making, and long-term planning. His versatility allows him to step into many needed roles behind the scenes, helping maintain stability and stewardship across the properties we own and manage.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys life on his farm with his wife and their Highland cows. He is deeply committed to serving his local church and community and brings those same values of care, responsibility, and integrity into his work with Virtue Homes.
Jeff Cheek | Director of Home Services
Jeff is a partner of Virtue Homes Services, LLC and serves as the Director of Home Services at Virtue Homes. He brings decades of senior leadership experience and plays a vital role in the growth, structure, and expansion of our home service offerings.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was one of the first hires at Defender Direct, where he helped shape the culture and leadership foundation that supported growth from a small team to thousands of employees nationwide. His background has made him highly skilled in leadership development, team building, and building systems that allow organizations to scale while staying healthy.
At Virtue Homes, Jeff focuses on developing strong teams, refining operations, and ensuring clients receive exactly what they need. His leadership helps ensure our home services are well-run, thoughtfully delivered, and held to a higher standard of care and professionalism.
Kelly Worthington | Services Supervisor
Kelly is a partner of Virtue Homes Services, LLC and serves as our Services Supervisor, focusing on quality assurance and ensuring work is completed the right way. He brings deep hands-on knowledge and a strong eye for detail to every project and is often on job sites making sure standards are met and clients are well cared for.
Kelly spent much of his career as an ironworker, serving as a supervisor on major commercial projects, including some of Chicago’s most well-known skyscrapers. After moving his family to Tennessee, he became a licensed home inspector, further strengthening his understanding of residential construction, safety, and proper execution.
His background, combined with his commitment to craftsmanship and care, plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality home services. Kelly’s presence helps ensure every project reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the homeowner.
