Jeff Cheek is a partner in Virtue Homes Services, LLC and serves as the Director of Home Services at Virtue Homes. With decades of senior leadership experience, Jeff plays a key role in guiding the structure, growth, and excellence of our home service network.

Early in his career, Jeff was one of the first hires at Defender Direct, where he helped build the leadership culture and systems that supported the company’s growth from a small team to thousands of employees nationwide. His background has equipped him with a deep understanding of leadership development, team building, and creating systems that scale while maintaining strong culture and accountability.

At Virtue Homes, Jeff leads and develops our Homeowner Reps and Virtue PROs, helping ensure homeowners are served with clarity, professionalism, and care at every step. He focuses on building strong teams, refining operations, and setting a high standard for how home services should be delivered.
